Standard Leak Detection

We get this call A LOT. Building a water-tight feature takes training and practice, yet the majority of ponds and waterfalls in Massachusetts are made by companies that do not specialize in these skills. As professional pond builders and Master Certified Aquascape Contractors, we can provide our expertise to diagnose where a leak is coming from. This service starts at $995 and includes up to 3 investigative visits.
Skimmer Installation

Many features lack a mechanical filter to capture and remove debris that falls into the water. This filter is hands down the workhorse of any pond and the first step to drastically improving your water feature performance and appearance. These additions start at $2,000.
BioFalls Installation

(+ Biological Filtration Addition)
Many features lack a filter to handle the biological load in a pond, which consists of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and more. If you already have a skimmer, a biological filter is your next best investment to improving water clarity and quality. This addition starts at $2,000.
Plumbing Replacement

All too often, we encounter water features with woefully inferior plumbing setups. Whether you have thin, cracked pipes made from the wrong material or leaky connections, we can upgrade the entire system to something heavy duty that will last. Inquire for pricing.
Reservoir Reconstruction

It’s a common mistake to pair a pondless waterfall or decorative fountain with a reservoir that’s too small. When this occurs, those features run out of water very quickly and become a nuisance to constantly fill / operate. However, we can come in and build a larger containment area that will properly accommodate your pondless water feature. Inquire for pricing.
Waterfall Reseal

Over time, you might notice that your waterfall isn’t crashing over the rocks like it used to. If the pump is in good shape, then you may have some failing joints beneath the rocks that require resealing. Inquire for pricing.

Water Feature Assessment

Is your pond or waterfall worth repairing? In many cases, the answer is no. However, the value of knowing your feature is condemnable can you save you thousands in attempted repairs that don’t produce the desired outcome. While we love water features and personally would rebuild them in those circumstances, we understand that there are other considerations too and will always recommend what’s in the client’s best interest. If your budget is tight for example, we know that demolishing the feature is the smartest move to save time, money, and aggravation. These assessments cost $499.
