Our Design Process
As Master Certified Aquascape Contractors, we know how to build beautiful water features that will stand the test of time. As an award-winning design company, we go the extra mile to make sure each project, big or small, is a work of art.
STEP 1
Complimentary Discovery Call
On this phone call, we’ll discuss how we can make your water feature dreams a reality. To book an appointment, please fill out our inquiry form below and upload a few pictures of your outdoor space. You can also email those pictures to info@fallingwaterscapes.com.
STEP 2
On-Site Design Consultation
After our introductory phone call, we’ll meet in person to iron out project details, come up with a construction plan, and deliver your contract. A standard design consultation costs $499. In many cases, we’ll end up crediting that fee towards your project should you move forward with us.
STEP 3
Installation
It’s time to bring your project to life! We take on builds one job at a time, so when it’s your turn, you get 100% of our focus and creativity. To reserve your construction slot, we require signing a contract along with a deposit. This typically occurs at the end of the on-site design consultation outlined in step 2.
