From Asphalt to Oasis

MEDFORD, MASSACHUSETTS

About the Project

Our clients, Dina and Erik had always dreamed of moving to the countryside with their two children. After many years of living in Boston however, they decided to finally bring the beauty of rural living to them in 2021 with a natural pond. But there was one problem: they didn’t have much room in their yard.

So, we got creative and removed a large portion of their driveway to make way for the new addition, which now occupies a roughly 25-by-12-foot area and is complemented by a sunken patio, a cedar bridge, driftwood, mature trees, and waterfalls. This project was very unique and landed on the cover of Pond Trade Magazine in November of 2022. To get the whole story behind this build, you can read the full article here.

IN DINA & ERIK’S WORDS

“FallingWater Scapes transformed what was a driveway into the most exciting and enjoyable part of our house. Jonathan meticulously planned and executed every detail of the project and is an absolute master of his craft. On top of that, he is a TOTAL JOY to work with. We placed a lot of trust in FallingWater Scapes and they delivered over and above our wildest expectations. We can't recommend them enough.”
